Buick Lucerne Cx is a luxury sedan manufactured by Buick cars, received most of its cosmetic changes in 2010. Changes in the latest Lucerne include new fog light, backlight gauge, rocker panel design and 18in chrome alloys as optional on super models. The 2010 Buick Lucerne Cx is not much on the luxury and it’s also not much modern. The outer styling doesn’t match the cab features. Lucerne is offered with three trims which include CX, CXL, CXL premium and CXL super. The CXL and the CX are equipped with 3.9 liter V6 that put out 227 horsepower.
